About Charlotte Chase
Charlotte Chase is co-owner of Allegra of Cottonwood and serves the company as its human resources and finance consultant. She is employed by Northcentral University in Prescott Valley as the Dean of Academic and Institutional Support Services overseeing the instructional design team, mentor services area, online library, and writing center.
She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), working to establish accreditation for performance improvement standards, return-on-investment studies, and conference evaluation research.
Charlotte earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in addition to a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
Together with her husband and fellow owner, Steve Clark, and their two cats, K.C. and Scooter, she relocated from Michigan almost two years ago in order to enjoy the wonderful climate and beautiful surroundings of the Verde Valley where hiking, kayaking, and gardening are year-round pastimes.
